Time to Skate on Snow

Invented for skaters, skiboards allow you to transfer your skate skills almost immediately to the ski slopes. With skiboards there is no need to learn how to ski, skiboards allow you to actually skate the whole mountain. Sky’s the limit!

Which skiboards are right for skaters?

All skiboards will work and are fun so you really can’t go wrong! Just choose a pair of skiboards that call to you, fit within your budget, and have your preferred bindings and hit the slopes. But, if you still want our guidance, here are a few skiboards to get you started… How to Choose the Right Summit Skiboards

Skiboards selected for skaters:

Summit Easy Rider 79cm – super short for skate-like maneuvers and partner dancing on the slopes.

Summit Rollin 88 cm – originally designed for roller skaters, these rock in all terrain. Twin tips for quick turns, spins, riding moguls backwards.

Summit SK8 96 cm – Perfect for skate like riding, work in powder, off trail.

Urban 99 cm – made for ripping the whole mountain as well as downtown urban landscapes. Twin tip for forwards/backwards riding.

Summit GroovN 106 cm – Slightly longer version of the Sk8 96 for little more speed, great in powder and still quite skate-like feel
