Shipping & Delivery 

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed weekdays before 12 PM MST are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed weekdays after 12 PM MST are shipped the next business day.
  • We ship your order to you quickly, so after orders have been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
  • Accepted payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover/Novus, Amazon Pay, and PayPal
  • Packages are dropped off in secure locations. If you are not sure if your location is secure, make sure to request “signature required” in the comments box when ordering.
  • UPS delivers Monday through Friday and in some cases Saturday, depending on the area.
  • USPS ships Monday-Saturday
  • Next Day, Two Day, and 3-day shipping do not deliver on weekends, and the day it is shipped is not counted.

We Email Your Tracking Number:

  • Tracking numbers are emailed to customers directly from the shipping company.
  • Track your packages from www.ups.com or www.usps.com with your tracking number.
  • Overnight or 2-day shipping tracking numbers do not always email overnight.
  • We use USPS for APO’s and FBO’s and ship Priority when possible.

*Important: Customers who refuse delivery of packages will be charged the full cost of shipping to and return shipping.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. arrive with duties unpaid.

Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are set by your country and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.

***If a package is refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, you will be charged shipping costs both ways, plus duties/fees imposed by your country, in order to get our products back.
